謊話,無論是無意的,都一定會傷害彼此間感情,會打擊伴侶的安全感和對自己的信任.有意的更不在話下!

謊言被揭穿了,即使自己的說話有多動聽,感覺都會變得很假,一切都會變得很假,伴侶都自己都會有所保留.

如若要挽回對方對自己的信任,不要只用盡所有甜言蜜語,用行動去證明你真的有心改變,空口說白話是沒用的,若不能做到,請不要順口開河!

大家都知道謊言若然被揭穿了,對方會很傷心,對你有所質疑,對你的信心大減,同時他的安全感會大減.事無不可對人言,為什麼不坦坦白白,要隱瞞卻被揭穿?
有東東不能見光嗎?要知道紙包不住火,謊言被揭穿,然後又要花心機解釋,花時間去證明自己會有所改變,要為自己錯的作出補救,不覺得浪費時間和精神嗎?

早知是如此,為何當初要說謊話?請不要這樣傷害一段感情,請不要這樣傷害了對方,裂痕會被修補,但不是每次都成功,也不會是完全被修補.因為傷痕會刻心裡,成為「舊患」...

內在呢？

如果外表是保護色，
那內在呢？
如果痞子是外表？
那內心呢？

生活在現代的都市裡面，
面對人與人越來越大的距離，
以及生活的競爭，
保護色，
已經成了每個人幾乎都必備的顏色，
差別只是高明與低明，
技巧好與壞，

久而久之，
每個人都找到一種生存的方式，
一種生活的形式，
一種與人互動的方法，
而那樣的保護色，
則覆蓋在自己的身上，
成了最佳的防護網，
但也逐漸侵蝕了，
我們本來的自己，
將真我就這麼一絲絲一點點的隱藏在，
自己內心最深處的底層，

然後，
人們就再也看不到真實的你，
雖然，
偶爾會探出頭來，
但絕大部分，
那樣的真我，
卻沒有人看過，

可是，
從小到大，
老師不都教我們，
要真誠待人，
交朋友要用心，
更別說是談感情，
但我們卻都用保護色覆蓋了自己，
更別說拿出自己的真心與真誠了。

如果外表是保護色，
那內在呢？
如果痞子是外表？
那內心呢？

或許我們不該以貌取人，
只是看到別人的保護色，
或許我們在期待看透別人保護色之前，
應該先放下自己的，
或許，
時間可以幫助我們看透一切，
但使用自己的真心，
可能才是最真實的做法，
也或許，
雖然外表擁有保護色，
但只有看透內在的人，才真正的擁有真實。

This is not the first time I'm shopping on Payeasy.com and here's Beauty Diy again...=]

I think Beauty Diy is cool! Everything I tried is really great to me!
Especially, the Amino Acid Washing Cream (氨基酸溫和洗面皂)! The bran amino acid is a superior grade of ingredient, meticulous gentle bubble, helps to hydrates your skin and it does not dry out or irritate skin even if in contact with skin for long time! I can't believe it!

Whenever it's near the HKCEE results releasing day, the weather can't be good!

To be honest, I’m utterly petrified!!!
‘coz I have no one to rely on, I’ll have to deal everything myself
Hopefully, it’ll be OK!!! And I can pursue further study in QES.
I dun wanna study in others and I wish I can carry on my f6 studies!!!
